Clunky with Loose Heel Fit

I purchased this shoe in blue and pewter. Both shoes had issues with the appearance to me. They just did not look well made. I had to wonder if they were even leather. Also, my heels were not secure at al in either pair. I am trying to return them, but it is past the return window. I wanted to like them, but I can't be bothered with buying heel grips to modify the fit. I own many Clarks and this was my first not so good experience.
