Terrible service

I waited for the couch for over 5 weeks. It was delivered 3/20, however after the delivery truck left I discovered the leg for the couch were not included. I immediately called Macy’s and was told someone would call within three days. No one called I had to call them. Macy s is wanting me to wait for another four weeks for the legs. I called the store and spoke with an employer and a manager. But their accents were to strong I could not understand them. Now I am having to wait for another manager to call me back today or tomorrow. I very disappointed because it took me about three hours to finalize the purchase and I had gotten several discounts. I f don’t know if I want to buy from them again.

Best Ottoman Ever at a Fantastic Price

This ottoman is absolutely gorgeous. Well crafted and well thought out. So comfortable that I’m afraid we can’t get his roommate out of the chair. Looks like the roomie’s a permanent fixture. I bought it for my son to go with his new couch and chair in this collection. He chose the charcoal color. It’s so comfortable and really lovely. If anyone has a problem with this set of fabulous furniture on sale with Macy’s…Maybe they better look at the label to make sure it’s the same thing. There is no problem with this ottoman. This fabric was made to endure a lot more than verbal abuse. I love Macy’s and say thanks for being the best. Don’t let one lackadaisical review tell you not to buy it. Usually (according to statistics)it’s a disgruntled customer or employee. You won’t be disappointed by this product. My son is grateful for the beautiful furniture. Me too.

color not as expected

Nice couch and easy to assemble . However, if you are expecting an off white/linen color as described you will be disappointed. Not the color in pic. Its more of a light grey .

Elegant! Beautiful and Modern Set!

This set is beautiful. Less is certainly more in this case. Nice and firm material. Easy to decorate with different colors. Got a set of two sofas in December 2025. I suspect that both pieces will last for a long time. Happy with my purchase.

Loved it

It’s color is not white but it is mix between the cream and light grey , it is not linen but more to be like velvet , elegant and comfortable, loved it .

Good quality but not white like in the picture.

I am very happy with the quality & finally something so easy to put together myself (just screw on the legs). The one thing I"m very disappointed with is that it is not white like how it appears online. That's the color that I wanted. It's a very light beige color. It's too much trouble to return it, and I do like the quality and style, so I will be keeping it.

Cufe and comfortable

I got this armchair and the matching 84" sofa. Both are really comfy and look great in my living room. The fabric feels really nice and it is just a comfy armchair. I love it!
