This bag is ok. Small but what I wanted. The gold "c" is scuffed and tarnished, but will keep. What happened to Coach?

Sent me a USED BAG !!

I was so excited to get the maple color but the bag had no tags, no wrapping, it looked used and yes there was a string of hair. Riduculous. Never gonna buy coach bags from here again.

Love my coach Lola Bag

I first saw this bag on TikTok and instantly fell in love with it. It looks professional and simple but elegant! It has a lot of space inside and has high quality pebble leather! I can’t wait to wear her out :)! Thank you Macy’s for having this in stock! Ps: it doesn’t come in a box but comes with a dust bag!
