DISAPPOINTING!!!

These Coach boots are NOT leather & they run small, narrow & stiff — requiring significant break-in time or sizing up. They feel tight around the ankle & across the foot, making them uncomfortable from the start. On Macy’s website, they looked absolutely runway-perfect. In my living room? Slightly “meh.” I understand that professional lighting & fashion photography can work wonders. Studio lighting, careful styling & digital enhancement can make materials appear more luxurious, fabrics softer & colors richer & more vibrant. But under normal home lighting — overhead lights & natural shadows — they look like completely different shoes. These boots were expensive. I’ve always believed that paying more for Coach meant paying for quality. Lately, however, it feels like the brand has been releasing inconsistent, mediocre products while charging premium prices. When quality & comfort aren’t excellent, the price simply isn’t justified. I’m returning them & would NOT recommend this purchase!

Exquisite

But for my bunions and feet issues, these are, as usual for coach, my perfect size 7.5. I hated returning these, but the balls of my feet need wider. Very well constructed and just the look I was going for and it hurt to send these back.
