Super bad quality

Just got it, the gold-tone clasp is scratched and shoulder belts don’t have buckles. Very disappointed.

Good value for the money, purchased when on sale. I did expect a thicker leather but overall this is a very smart accessory

Not what I expected from Cole Haan

I purchased this saddle bag to wear with some boots that I had also purchased. I was very disappointed in the quality of the bag. It didn’t appear to have been real leather. The presentation of receiving the bag also had me questioning the quality. I did end up purchasing a different color of the same bag and I am very pleased with that one! The second bag (different color) was much better!

Scratched & Cheap Quality

Cheap quality- came scratched in a plastic bag with a price tag cheaper than what I paid. It’s also smaller than expected.
