Not comfortable very tight

I bought this boot as I tried before shoes from Cole Haan and were comfortable but this one definitely not. It is too tight around the middle part of the foot and foot arch, till the degree makes my skin red. The length is good though. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return it. What a such waste of money. I don’t recommend it.
