Colette Halter Back Pump by Bernes

The shoe is BEAUTIFUL and fashionable as shown on Macy's website. I am 5.5, the shoe fits perfect from the toe to heal area, EXCEPT for the back strap. Taking it to the shoe repair to have them intake the strap to wrap itself securely to the back of my ankle. Other than that, I rate this beautiful shoe a 4.8.

Poor design

How does one even tie these laces?!?! They’re covered in glue and rhinestones so once tied, they get reglued together. Can’t tighten. Must return.
