Plush, memory foam, great for a sofa bed or regular bed. Ours went on top of a pull out sofa bed and our guests said it felt wonderful. Previously they did not like sleeping on the same sofa bed.

I was excited about receiving my mattress topper, but very upset when I took it out the package and it was already used. It was dirty and cut. I will never order a topper from macys again.

Just received it , going into a nursing home and will use it than. They don't give you a nice bed to sleep on so I hope this works and I sleep well.

The chemical smells (from the “degassing”) were so strong that I woke up the first night with a numb mouth that tasted like the topper smelled. I slept outside of my bedroom for days after reading it should air out. I went away for vacation - it’s been weeks now. I came home last night and hours later my mouth is still numb and I now have a cough.

The topper took 3-4 days to expand. I allowed extra time because portions stayed pretty flat. I finally decided to try using it although parts were not expanded. I slept on fully expanded half. The first night was okay. After that it became less comfortable each night. The fourth day my back really hurt so I had to remove it from my mattress. I probably should have given it one star but not everyone has a sensitive back like mine.

This mattress topper is amazing! I am a side sleeper and my husband a back sleeper. This topper meets both of your needs! We purchased it for added comfort to our futon used for overnight guests. My husband loved it so much that we ended up putting it on his bed. So now we will be ordering another one for the futon.
Excellent topper
This topper is perfect. It was time to replace my old one. This topper is supportive while being soft enough to relieve pain in my back and hips. I highly recommend it.
