The box was open in places, no plastic on pillow

THE PILLOW WAS DUSTY AND DIRTY FROM A PARTIAL OPEN BOX AND NO PLASTIC ON PILLOW. SO I NEVER EVEN GOT TO TRY THE PILLOW. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. EXPENSIVE PILLOW THAT NOW SITS IN MY BACK PORCH, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A GOOD PILLOW FOR THIS SIDE SLEEPER, BUT TOO DUSTY AND DIRTY FOR ME TO USE COMFORTABLY. GERMS !! NOT COOL!!

A thicker pillow with soft support and it does appear to lesson neck strain. Exactly what I was looking for in a pillow!

Pillows feel great and they actually have already been delivered. The shipping is saying it has been delayed, but I received my pillows on time days ago.
