Missing item in the box.
After opening a giant box, I discovered that the cap of for the water reservoir is missing. Without this part, the steamer cannot be used. The box appeared old and previously opened. as if it had been returned by someone else. This has been extremely frustrating experience. I've had to spend my own time repacking the Cuisinart steamer and driving to return it. This is a complete waste of my time and I am very disappointed.

Not user friendly
There is no way to lean water reservoir this makes the unit unusable

I bought it to steam fish, shrimp and other seafood, it is very fragrant and cooked evenly, very delicious, does not lose water and is much more convenient than using other products. very quick to use. it is also very cheap

5 STAR STEAMER IN THE WORLD-IT WILL NEVER DISAPPOI
I purchased 1 steamer back in 2022 and then I purchased another one in 2023. This steamer is the reason I stop driving to Baton Rouge,LA to buy streamed Dungeness Crabs. Please "DO NOT DISCONTINUE" this Item!!! Other companies try to duplicate this steamer, they CANNOT duplicate the original. Your seafood, vegetables are cooked to "PERFECTION "! If you discontinue this item, you will do a great injustice to the American People!! This machine is the "GREATEST EVER"!!

Review of CookFresh Digital Glass Steamer
I recently purchased the CookFresh Digital Glass Steamer, and after several weeks of use, I can confidently say it’s one of the most efficient and user-friendly steamers I’ve tried. The steam power is strong enough to cook a full meal within 20–30 minutes. I particularly appreciate the "keep warm" function, which automatically activates after cooking finishes. It heats up quickly and steams evenly, preserving the nutrients, texture, and flavor of vegetables and proteins. One minor downside is that the glass bowl and lid can get very hot, so you need to use caution when handling. The glass bowl and stainless-steel steaming tray are both dishwasher safe, and because there’s no plastic, there’s no lingering odor or staining. The base simply needs a quick wipe after use. While this steamer is priced higher than some plastic alternatives, the quality and durability more than justify the cost.

Top quality steamer. I use mostly for vegetables and seitan. It provided the best cook ever on my seitan!
