Looks nice but will quit on you
Aesthetically it’s a great coffee maker but I’ve gone through 2 already and both end up with the same issue of not brewing all the way. I cleaned it per factory instructions and then it won’t brew at all. Very nice looking paper weight now. Just because it looks pretty doesn’t mean it will work. Super disappointed

Somewhat disappointed
When I purchased this I thought it would be really great because of the name. Warming plate doesn’t stay warm very long. The glass carafe spills or drips when pouring. I have tried to pour it when it didn’t spill all over and can’t figure out how to pour it so my counter isn’t all full of coffee. Would I buy it again? no I wouldn’t!

Efficiently Compact
This is a great, compact coffee maker. Whoever thought to put the reservoir on top instead of the back deserves a raise.

Great pot with a few exceptions
Great little coffee pot. I have issues: first, the warming plate only stays warm for 30 minutes after brewing; second, there is a place for a filter in water compartment but no info on his to obtain one.

I do miss my 4 cup cuisanart
I purchased this 5 cup SOHO coffeemaker from Cuisinart, because i wanted to replace my 4 cup version. Apparently the coffee making industry had other ideas. Like a favorite lipstick, I found out the company changed the product for a "new improved" model. It is cumbersome to me. And I am still not sure after a week that I am putting the water in correctly. I don't see a clock, which I miss. As for the coffee, I think it's ok, but again after 50 years of making coffee daily, I am not sure I am using the machine correctly- so maybe it would be better if I really had a handle on the use. Sometimes, change is over-rated. Like my favorite lipstick shades, bring back my 4 cup maker.

No longer brews
I bought this 9/12/25 and for about 2.5 months it worked great and the coffee tasted great. Then one day, it would not brew. I did all the troubleshooting and even de-scaled the unit. The lights come on but that is it. I am very disappointed.

It's just what I wanted. I had to get used to how it works, but overall, it makes a good cup of coffee.

Meh!!
My concern is the water reservoir. There is no access and I am concern about mold being trap and can’t get into it to clean. I saw mold on the little square filter. I am not comfortable running Clorox through my coffee machine.
