The Cuisinart Custom Grind and Brew Single Cup Coffee Maker bring together the rich flavor of fresh ground beans and the ease of single-serve brewing. It features a stainless-steel conical burr mill that grinds whole beans just before brewing, so every cup is fresh and bold. This Cuisinart coffee maker brews at a higher temperature than standard pod machines to ensure your coffee is hot from the first sip. The removable drip tray lets you switch easily between a regular mug and a travel cup up to 7 inches tall. Designed for easy cleanup, all major parts are removable, including the hopper, conical burr mill, and 58-ounce water reservoir. Model DGB-30.

Frustration from Grinder Jams

Wanted to love this machine. Decided to be more environmental friendly and ditch the pod machine. When it works, it's a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately, this has not worked well from the start. Like many others the grinder jams on a daily basis which results in wasted coffee and frustration as I have to take apart and clean every time. I don't know how this passed quality checks from the engineers.

Happiness in Every Single Cup!

I’m really impressed with this coffee maker. The built in grinder is a game changer. It grinds the right amount of coffee each time so every cup tastes fresh and flavorful. I love that I can control the strength of my coffee and that it works with whole bean or ground. Set up was straightforward and cleaning is easy. The machine is compact enough for my kitchen and it brews the perfect single cup with no hassle.

Solid Coffee Grinder/ Brewing

I received this Cuisinart Custom Grind and Brew Single-Cup Coffee maker in exchange for my review. This machine is a beast! It grinds the coffee beans like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, the only drawback back is; it’s the loudest coffee grinder I’ve ever experienced! This takes a while to brew the coffee, but the coffee really tastes concentrated almost espresso like, which I appreciate. Super fresh, almost even better than any coffee shop. I appreciate the opportunity to try out this beast, but unfortunately my husband wants to steal it from me so he can have fresh coffee at his work! No way, Mama needs strong coffee at home, he can use it to make some but it’s staying home!!!

My new favorite coffeemaker

This coffeemaker is the best. I like that I can brew each cup with freshly ground coffee beans or I can make a cup with ground coffee if I want a change. The ability to have freshly ground coffee in the morning is the best thing about this machine and the fact that it is easy to use is a nice plus!
