Hello! Please make sure to freeze the cooling bowl upright for at least 24 hours. Chilling your ingredients/mix in the refrigerator or the freezer to cool it down will help with the cooling process in the bowl. For best results, pour your ice cream mixture through the food chute while the motor is running. When you continue to churn the ice cream the mug is most effective in the first 20 minutes.
