DO NOT BUY. Second replacement does not work.

Please do not purchase this. I have purchased it originally from online for Christmas and returned for the same problem. The transmitter does not power on. I have used different new batteries and tested them in other products. They should save their money for their “customer service.” The agent said they do not have tech support or can help. They can only replace. It takes FOREVER to receive the product as it ships direct from vendor and they are selling TRASH!!! Please do not waste your time. I have a very disappointed seven year old. Imagine seeing a toy twice and cannot even use it.
