Disappointed stopped working in less than 6 months

I really wanted to love this machine, especially for the price. I bought it expecting good quality and durability, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience. The espresso part works fine, but the milk frother/steam wand stopped working properly, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. I can’t make cappuccinos anymore, and that’s honestly frustrating. I’ve had it for less than 6 months and expected it to last much longer, especially at this price point. I take good care of my appliances, so this was really disappointing. I’m hoping this is just a defective unit because I did like it at first. I would really appreciate if there’s a way to fix this situation or get support, since it shouldn’t stop working this quickly.

Great Entry Level De’longhi

Great entry level De’longhi espresso machine, easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee. However if you’re a serious coffee person you’ll probably want to end up upgrading to a more advanced models with extra features like built in grinder and multiple coffee styles.

2nd Delonghi

Love this new machine, makes excellent cappuccinos. My only complaint is it takes a bit before the frother is ready, after brewing shots. Other than that, it’s an excellent machine.

Fine

Overall a pretty good espresso machine for personal use. It is easy to use and the first shot is consistent. Sometimes back to back shots isn’t too consistent so should wait a bit for the machine to recover. The steamer is easy to use with okay power. I don’t like how light the portafilter feels because it feels cheap.

Small but mighty

This is an amazing little machine that exceeded my expectations. It has all the features of a larger espresso machine with a much smaller footprint. I found it easy to use and I really like the milk steaming feature because I love a good cappuccino. This is especially great if you have limited counter space.

Beautiful Machine, Great Espresso

I am in love with this machine. It has made it very easy and convenient to make a delicious cup of smooth espresso. The fact that it has a steam spout is such a bonus! It's small enough that it doesn't take up a ton of our limited counter space, but with a water tank big enough to last the week. It came carefully packed to prevent shipping damage also. I will continue to use this beautiful machine for years to come!
