Navy blue color peels

Ordered because I have had a wonderful experience with Delsey luggage in the past. Received and noticed that several parts of the outer luggage were bubbling/peeling. At first I thought it was a protective plastic wrap, but after looking more closely I realized it was just the plastic coating of the suitcase. Just re-ordered a different one without the shiny sheen that will hopefully not peel as easily.

love it.

love it. its a higher quality than what i am used to (i subscribe to the buy and throw away after a while as it is after all, just luggage that gets throw around and dirty in transport). But we were in italy and bought one of these for emergency use and boy, did I appreciate it. easy to roll, a little heavier, but I felt with the zippers and locks, that it was very reliable. easy for packing too. very uniform inside. feels solid and not too much added weight (although it is not a featherweight). If you are looking for a set of luggage that looks nice, and when discounted, don't cost an arm and a leg, rolls well and seems durable, this is a good set!

Garbage

And one trip the wheel was basically disintegrated. By what I don't know, airports are rough conveyors are rough, but honestly, the wheels should last. PS, Delsy excludes any warranty on the wheels. If they would be willing to repair/refund or fix the wheel this would be acceptable

Wheel broke off after less than half dozen uses

Negatives: Wheel broke off after less than half dozen uses. Part of the edging also cracked. This may not be a negative for some, but I prefer luggage that opens from one side. It is awkward to open it from the middle. Positives: It is very light and there is no wasted space - it is just a shell with wheels and a handle. It rolls easily when all wheels are on. The manufacturer sent me a new wheel and was very gracious about it.
