So my contractors won’t install this in time, I’ll post a pic in a few months when it’s up. But what I noticed it is so sturdy, built very sturdy. With two light bulbs it’s going to make my hallway even brighter which will be a good thing. We have a small up stairs hallway and this is a lot bigger than it looks. It’s a perfect add to your rustic decor.

Great ceiling fixture
I’ve been looking for a mission inspired ceiling fixture for then den in my century home for a while now, so I was thrilled to find this one from Designers Fountain. This light fits my decor perfectly with its bronze finished metal and tea stained glass globe. The installation of the fixture was fairly easy and I liked that it came with all of the hardware needed - even the wire nuts. The light itself is durable and I like that it even has a dimming feature. My only criticism of it is that due to its design, it’ll be a bit of a pain to replace the bulbs in it as you have to hold the globe and the metal ring both up against the light while screwing the four screws in by hand. Other than that, this is a great vintage inspired light.
