Undelivered Macy’s Order

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent order from Macy’s. Although I received a confirmation that the item was shipped, I have not received it. After reviewing my order and contacting customer service, I was told it was delivered on your end. However, I have no package, and I checked thoroughly.
