Cheap no logo on strap

Disappointed The strap Does not have DKNY on it as shown on site photos. Replaced was a cheap black cross body strap. Shame on you Macys. Returning.

DKNY Lyla Crossbody purse

Love the purse,but the only thing that I was disappointed with was the solid black strap on the crossbody purse. If you look on the picture of the Macys page of the pictures of this purse it shows the black strap with DYNK printed on the whole strap. The one I received was just plain black. I think the purse should have been exactly like the picture was showing. Other then that love the purse.

Strap came right off!!!

I loved this purse until the strap came completely off on one side. I haven't even had this purse for two weeks

Strap broke 2nd day

I buy so many DKNY products. I was excited for this bag. The threading came out of the strap on the side of the bag and there was hardly anything in there. Returning. I’m very disappointed.
