Don’t buy! Defective, poor quality.
As you can see from other posts, the sole of the tennis broke apart. I had them for about a month but only used them a few times. I was so disappointed because they looked beautiful but don’t even consider buying them. Then when I return the shoes, the sales representative wouldn’t allow it. I understand if s customer changed their mind or grab the wrong size, then yea, it’s on them. However if the shoes come undone, no customer should have to even argue with any salesman or manager. I actually had to speak with two different managers to get a store credit. Completely ridiculous Macys.

deffective or badmade
I am very disappointed with these sneakers. After only 3 weeks of careful wear, the soles completely fell apart on both shoes and started separating. It seems they were stored incorrectly in the warehouse, which caused the material to deteriorate so quickly. When I tried to return them, my request was refused because the shoes were already damaged – which makes no sense, since they fell apart due to poor quality. The store only accepts brand new, unworn shoes for returns, so it turned into a closed loop with no solution. Overall, the sneakers lasted less than a month, even with very delicate use. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of this brand and would not recommend it.
