Return policy is terrible! 10.00? This is horrible and I will never order anything from Macy's again. The shoes are very uncomfortable and I need to return them

A can-do boat shoe

A good-looking and well-made shoe. With the rubber sole it is heavier than another material might be, but should be durable. Leather laces are slightly longer than they need to be, but they work well. A useful addition to my footwear collection.

Try then try again

Bought them online as the store in Roanoke VA doesn’t even carry this line. When I got them in the mail one of the shoe laces was sheared off so close to the shoe there was no way to tie them. I did a return and reorder but ended up costing me more money took me over an hour drive to the store used up over 4 gallons of gas. But at the end I receive the reordered shoes in the mail and they were perfect. Convenience and the added expense to get a pair of boat shoes, it doesn’t surprise me Mary’s is closing stores. Sad state of affairs when it comes to these type of retail stores these days unfortunately.

The shoes arrived, and they were exactly what I ordered. The shoes are a great deal on sale and I should have gotten another pair. I'll be on the lookout for the next sale and at the sale price I may get two pairs.
