Service

Macy's online customer service is the worst! I have contacted Macy's on three different occasions and still no refund. I have been told a refund has been initiated but nothing. 3 months and nothing! Worst customer service!

The inseam measured 28-1/2" on a pair of 30" trousers. Unacceptable.
