Perfect Pillow Great Service

I ordered two downlite 50/50 pillow previously and wasn't too happy with the loft and firmness, so the company promptly gave me a refund for both pillows. This pillow on the other hand is perfect! It's just the right firmness and my sleep has been amazing.

It was ok

It was ok – I'm pretty sure this is the model I slept on in a hotel when I had great sleep, but at home it's not the same. I woke up feeling pretty achey compared to my usual pillow

Too much fill in this pillow.

I bought this pillow because it was advertised as adjustable. I don’t see anything adjustable about it. The pillow is stuffed with so much fill material that it is very unforgiving for a side sleeper.

I tried the 3 in 1 after speaking with customer, very friendly, but after receiving it, it just didn’t work. Seems to me you either have a firm pillow, with quite down, or a pretty soft pillow, one you can squish up. With neck issues it just made it hurt, so will return it.

The very best firm pillow

This model replaced my previous Downlite pillow after ten (yes, ten!) years of solid, neck-supporting service. With proper maintenance — laundering, airing, and a weekly high-heat 15 minute trip through the dryer — it lasted that long. But this new one? Fluffy yet firm enough for back sleeping with my head slightly turned to one side. Worth every penny.
