Nice but sized differently than previous pair

I bought this same style of shoes almost a year and a half ago. Liked them so much that when I saw them in another color and on sale I purchased them. Unfortunately they are not sized the same. I purchased the same size as my previous pair but they are too small. I have already reordered them one half size larger. Hope they fit. These ones must go back. I would recommend them because I love my original pair but order up a half size.

Shipped wrong size

The shoes weren’t the right size. The box was labeled correctly, but the shoes inside didn’t match the size. I returned them & received a credit.

Too narrow.

I liked the brand and the look of the boot but it was very narrow in the instep even though I bought the wide width. The price was within my budget, but too tight. Love the design and color. I purchased another brand in wide and it easily slipped on and off and was comfortable all day.
