DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Ordered these boots Dec 1, 2015. They were delayed shipment until Dec 15…it is Dec 29 and still have not received them. Macys customer service cannot refund my money because I do not physically have the boots to return. FedEx tracking numbers shows they haven’t received the package yet. I have emailed the seller twice and received no response. Never again will I order anything from a third party seller from Macys! Especially now- knowing they can’t refund me or help me until I receive the item- which I might never receive.
