Actually fun to use

I have had my fluffy cone for a number of weeks and I love it. I have a large kitchen and hall all tiled, not very evenly. This wizzes around into corners, under chairs and is actually fun to use. It picks up all but large debris (dried leaves for example). The illumination shows up dust etc so you see hre you hav missed. When Ive finishe I found you don’t even need to switch off whn putting back into its charging station. It switches itself off. My best Dyson purchase to date!

So much power !

Wow , this is a powerful little floor cleaner . The suction is amazing and it almost propels itself around ( taking me with it ) as it cleans perfectly even into corners and around edges . I wish they would make a carpet vacuum cleaner exactly like this as this one only does hard floors at the moment . It’s not very noisy and the bin capacity is great , given the size of it .

Got this has a addition to my Gen 5 great for kitchen har floor and bathroom without the weight of the gen 5 also use to do ceilings and skirts great for hoovering curtains due to lightness of the stick

Great electric broom power

I’ve had my pencil vac for a month now and I love how I can just grab it like a broom and it’s so light. Don’t expect heavy duty cleaning but it cleans floors perfectly. I like cleaning at night because the light on it shows up so bright and it shows how clean the floor is …. Bridget 😃

Great hoover but.....

Best hoover for my small flat ever. Although the automated battery care toggle doesn't work which is designed to kill the Hoover's charge at 75% to preserve the battery when on charge. I'm currently speaking to the care team by email and sent photo's, it's pretty self explaintory but I'm still going back and forth even though I told them I had done all the software updates and removed the battery and put it back plus reset everything including removing the app and reinstalling it. But yeah it's an issue that's led to 4 stars instead of 5
