I was given the new Dyson spot scrub after my original model broke down and the part unavailable.I miss my original machine, only positive with this machine is mop function, My issue with new machine, reduced carpet cleaning suction, can not navigate going over short pile rugs, I’m constantly repositioning machine, height of machine higher than old model so can’t navigate going under chairs etc. I miss my old model also asi could place in an un mapped room and it would clean. I live in one level property but bedroom areas are up a step, to use this machine I would have to carry whole set up , bulky docking station to this area to map, this is not convenient.I feel carpet cleaning suction is dramatically reduced.Another positive I can program to do target cleaning,with mop facilities, I often use.Overall disappointing and wish I had old model.

Perfect for a time poor nurse

I’ve been using the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI Robot Vacuum for a bit now and I’m honestly really happy with it. It’s super efficient and does such a thorough clean, it makes a noticeable difference to my floors after it's been through. With shift work, I don’t have a lot of time to stay on top of cleaning, so this has made a big difference. I can just let it run while I’m doing other things (or resting), and it takes care of everything without me having to think about it. It moves around really well, doesn’t seem to miss much, and handles everyday mess so easily. I also love that I dont have to do a "pre clean" of the floors to pick up any shoes, dog toys or anything else left on the floor because it recognises objects and avoids it if it thinks it will jam. It’s just taken a lot of the pressure off, which I love.

Mapping & navigation needs improvement. Hopefully software upgrades will see further improvement and the ability to better edit maps..

This robot vacuum has changed how I clean my house! It quickly mapped my three bedroom home and went straight to vacuuming. The stand is compact, but the vacuum canister is large enough to not have to empty every day and the water canisters also hold a lot. The app is next level at customization, since you can set it to only vacuum certain areas. My favorite is that you can set a schedule and have it vacuum and then mop areas twice, so glad this was offered by Dyson!

WORTH IT!

This Dyson is an amazing long term investment. I have a cleaning team that comes to my house every 2 weeks and now I don’t think I need them because my floors stay so clean. I love all the ways you can customize certain days of the week or focus on certain rooms of the house. It is really amazing AI tech. This product was gifted by dyson.

Amazing use of AI!

This vacuum is the future. I’ve been looking for this exact product and I’m so lucky to be gifted by Dyson. It perfectly vacuums and mops and knows when it’s hardwood or carpet.
