NO Power Button, but Trigger
SUPER excited about Dyson V15 vacuum, but several things went wrong: 1. The manual does NOT say the wand (gold pipe) does NOT attach by itself to the clear bin. We MUST attach the attachment tool “built-in dusting and cervice tool” to the clear bin and then the wand will attach to this attachment. Not a good idea b/c I canNOT attach it to the wand for easy work and vacuuming—> limited of use . 2. Upon of attaching all, the wand moves/wobbles after attached to the clear bin. I called the Dyson 800# and they kindly fix the problem. 3. Vacuum works w/ trigger. I HAVE TO HOLD IT ENTIRE TIME during vacuum. For short area to vacuum is fine but NOT large area . Also, if I need to bend to move stuff it turns off. Since it happened a lot, it damages the motor to turn on and off for 2-3 seconds. 4. So, overall return it because of the trigger & purchased Gen5 Detect Absolute same vacuum but better from Dyson b/c I had a coupon

Great cleaner - would recommend
Great vacuum choice. The 'fluffy roller' has made it much better to do hard floors than my old upright - nice and quiet too. Bin emptying is really easy. Personally I don't need to see 'particle sizes', but remaining battery is useful. A bit confusing as to the difference between V15 models from the website based on the 'tools' included, so I chose the cheapest one. Also bought a 'trigger-hold' to make it easier to use. Very happy with it overall and would recommend.

Incredible Vacuum Except...
This is the best performing vacuum I've ever used. It is amazing on pet hair. The optic feature for floors works incredibly well. It's light, quiet, and easy to use. Two problems: - The carpet tool stops spinning on thick carpets. You have to stop a restart the vacuum constantly to get it spinning again. - The canister capacity is worse than a pregnant woman's bladder. You have to empty this thing every 90 seconds. They could have supplied twice the capacity and still maintained a good weight and balance.

Great Product, but...
Everything about the new Dyson V15 detect is great. It's convenient to use and effective. My only issue or concern with Dyson is their service record is not good, having experienced it first-hand. Hopefully, the vacuum will last forever.

Nice Vacuum!
I like this vacuum. That said, I think the company should provide a new user with thorough, accurate photos of how to attach EACH piece. I finally found a YT video that showed how to attach the brush head to my long tube. It now works very well. It does have very good suction. I recommend this to people looking for a nice vacuum.

The V15 Detect is awesome!
I love my V15 Detect Dyson!! It is cleaning beast! But….the things shown by the fluffy vacuum head, that green light has shown me things that cannot be unseen! LOL It is light and easily maneuvered. The battery lasts for most of my cleaning session.

Love everything! Great design, different levels of suction based on what you’re doing, it is not loud at all, easy to empty and has a long battery life - couldn’t ask for more!
