Love it!!

Love this vacuum, it has great suction and my favorite is the head that pulls up hair from my carpet, with having pets this Dyson works great!!

This is our second Dyson. Very happy with new model, suction great ( we have a long haired cat and a dog). Dyson service and help desk have always been top class.

Super lightweight and easy to use!

Before I bought my Dyson I was using a commercial grade work vacuum. I am so happy I bought the dyson. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver and it's easy to switch from carpeting to hard flooring. I also love that it can turn into a small vacuum for the stairs. I'm very very pleased. Thank you dyson.

After I took it apart so the dust bin would not open, it now works, but I had to watch a YouTube video to take it apart and put the release in right. The swivel on head sticks but it will work. . my first Dyson was great, this one is not as good but will work.

Disappointed

I received the V8 model a couple of weeks ago and first used the motorbar cleaning head. After a full charge the battery died in 40 minutes. I was noticing some pain on the thumb of my hand that was using the vacuum. There was a wound caused by rubbing the handle while vacuuming. The handle rubbed the thumb skin right off and caused a considerable deep and painful wound that is still not quite healed. There is also a whistling suction noise coming from the Motörhead that sound like it's loosing vacuum from a poor fitted construction. The small wheels of the Motörhead are completely clogged with dust from the first usage and unable to clean it. Also I tried the fluffy cleaner head on my hardwood floors and it sound like it's roughly scraping the floors and I'm afraid it will leave scratch marks on the hardwood. These are the imperfections and hazards I have found so far with this product.
