Cozy Sweater

I had my eye on this sweater for a long time. I typically wear a medium (size 8), but that size was out of stock. Since the headline says this is an oversized top, I thought I might be able to wear a small. I scrolled down to the description, which says that "fits small, order one size up". So is it oversized or does it fit small? Please choose one, Macys. I can tell you that this top is oversized. Even sizing down to a small, it is quite roomy and long - it comes below my rear end (I'm 5'3"). The sleeves are incredibly long - they come down well below my fingertips, but I roll them up. The sweater is cozy and well made, but definitely oversize. Consider sizing down at least by one size.
