Decent but runs big in waist

This skort is cute and I like that it is a skort and not a tiny skirt but the waist runs a tad big. Also, it would be helpful if the website listed the length so buyers know how long/short it is. This one is about 9 1/4". The faux leather is textured, not smooth.
