Not Factory Sealed

I am disappointed that any time I order this Elizabeth Arden product from Macys.com that it arrives without the outer seal packaging. The round seal between the product and the lid is also missing. How do I know who may have opened and touched the product? Why us the packaging less safe and secure than what is purchased at the cosmetic counter in the store?? This has happened to me more than once. I think it's standard for their mail order product. Why??

Fake

So sad after All the wonderful year of using ELIZABETH ARDEN. AFTER THOUSAND OF RECENT DOLLARS. NEARLY 90% is fake. I hold on to the supply I still have and use sparingly for sure. I still have a small quantity of the extreme cream for face which was the #1 seller. Has spf as well.

Cosmetics have become so expensive. I bought this because it was on sale. I am using a jar and do not need this right away. I have been using Elizabeth Arden products for years. I am very familiar with this terrific product.

Unsealed Box, Appears to be Tampered With

I have been using this cream for years with no problems. My low rating has to do with how the product came. The box came unsealed (there's usually a light plastic seal that was not there this time). I am not sure if it was tampered with, to be safe, I will not apply it to my skin.
