Never order from this company

Please don’t order from this vendor because returning is a big hassle and exchanging for size. Needed to return for smaller size and they wanted to charge me a different price from what the original price that I paid for .

Off the shoulder cream dress

It is a beautiful dress but it was too big. I sent three messages stating that and asking for a refund. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED!!! I will not order anything else from Eloquii...ever. Non-existent customer service!!!! I recommend the dress but not the designer!!!!

Runs large

I'm typically size18 in Eloquii which is the size I bought. And I'm really sad I didn't size down bc the 16 would have fit perfectly but there's no time to return and exchange. I'll make it work. It's fabulously long. I'll use a gold belt to cinch the waist and wear heels to give me some height. The flounce at the bottom is lightly weighted. The orange is beautiful would have gone for the red but I have lots of red formal dresses already. Although shipped directly from Eloquii it arrived quickly.
