Don't trust the delivery times

This one star isn't for the couch, which I haven't received yet. This one star is for the deceit around delivery times. I ordered a 'special order' couch which promised 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks, I called Macy's and was told it wouldn't get to their warehouse for another two months. Unacceptable and deceitful.

I don’t have my ottoman!

Why on earth would you send me an email asking how I like an ottoman I haven’t received? It was suppose to ship weeks ago and I still don’t have it. Where is my ottoman???????? Come on macys, DO BETTER
