poor quality

I opened the pencil and there is a white film on the liner and the liner completely detached rfrom the pencil. For the price I paid this is a very poor quality.

The brow pencil

I like the brow pencil, but I bought the brunette 03 and it looks like an orange color when applied not a brown.If your a red head it would probably work great.

Great pencil

I'd about given up on brow pencils and gave this a try. Light Brunette is a perfect color for me, and the wedge shape of the pencil and the non-smeary formula are the answer to what I'd needed. It looks very natural and is easy to apply.

Estee Lauder is my favorite brand of cosmetics

All I wanted to buy was an eyebrow pencil from Estee Lauder. But having the Ester Lauder representative there made it a lot more easier. The last time I was there, there was a lady from a different cosmetic company and she didn’t understand things as well. I’ve gone to this lady for many years and she does a good job.
