Wrong advertising

The chair is small. Absolutely no neck support like advertised. And of course it’s not leather! Would not buy. Wish companies would be honest!

Not Leather as Stated

This was stated as a leather chair, but it clearly is not real leather, but only a look alike. Assembly was not difficult and the printed instructions were easy to follow. Time will tell how well it holds up.

Isn’t what you pay for

Bought this as Christmas gift for my husband and it had all the features that he would like INCLUDING a high back with a padded head rest. However, this chair does not have that. The pictures and description are meant to trick you into thinking this is a high back chair with neck support and it does, if you’re the size of a small child. If you’re looking for a nice comfortable office chair, don’t waste your money on this one.

We upgraded our computer chair to this one and wow it's so comfortable. It has great support and plenty of comfort. Stays at the height you set it to (which our old one would slowly lower over time). Also, the padding on the arm rests is a nice touch. We should have upgraded sooner.
