Wrong Size

Although the boot is nice, Macy’s needs to learn European sizes. I wear a size 6 and the sent me EU37, which is a size 7; therefore, I hav to return them and very disappointed having to do so.

True to size

size up if u plan on wearing socks, not much give. color is as shown, great quality, good height. I am returning only because I like to wear socks with boots for warmth and more cushion. i

Ankle boots

I gave a middle of the road review basically because the description did NOT include the height of the heels. If I had known, I wouldn't have purchased them. They were too high for me.

Charged for product not in stock

Ordered a pair of boots from Rag Company through Macy's in February 2025. Got an email in March that the product was on backorder with the option to get a refund or wait. I responded that I wanted a refund and was told I should see the activity within 5 - 7 business days. Instead, every month they still try to charge my card, even after calling Macy's customer service to resolve. Serious case of fraud!!
