Macys fraud

I ordered this item in stock weeks ago. Got a shipping confirmation. My Macys card was billed. Then Macys sent me an email saying I returned the sweater I never received and billed me for it. I have spent countless hours with customer service with people who don’t speak English and can’t resolve my issues. Macys basically committed fraud billing me for this and another sweater I didn’t receive.
