Yummy cocoa scent

Rich conditioner that smells like yummy cocoa. Super hydrating and rinses clean. Hair feels soft and super shiny.

Issues getting it out of the bottle

I shampoo every couple of days. As it came from Fekkai it was too thick to come out when using the pump. This isn't the first time I've had this issue, the bittle wasn't full and I was able to add some water and mix it to get a consistency that would pump. I like the product but I think Fekkai has some serious quality control issues.

Not as good as previous formula

I used the previous formula and it made my hair feel like silk, it was AMAZING. I restocked with a big bottle and wish I hadn't. It's...fine. Not the worst conditioner I have ever used, but nothing like it used to be. Sigh.

Disappointing compared to old formula

The scent is still wonderful and it cleans well. But the old formula left my fine hair bouncy and full of volume. The new formula doesn't even come close. So sad they changed!

Didn't work for me

You should really know your hair type and scalp condition before you buy. This particular shampoo didn't work for me. Made my scalp dry and hair dull. My hair is fine and wavy, but this shampoo made it really fuzzy and out of control.
