Red plate

I bought a beautiful red Fiesta plate to give as a bridal shower gift with the story of the red plate. I received one as a wedding gift and like to continue the tradition.

A very good alternate dinner plate

The Fiesta brand of porcelain tableware has a lot of alternate items to buy like this Bistro dinner plate (10.5") that has a one inch raised edge as compared to the other Fiesta dinner plate that I had bought the previous month. This Bistro version is a better choice to use depending on what I will be cooking and eating at home. I like the optional color choices that are available too. I didn't have to spend a whole lot of extra money for it either.

Color not as deep as before

I've purchased a scarlet plate in the past and it was a deep, rich red. This time the scarlet plate is a lighter red. Not scarlet, more like tomato red. It's not as pretty as the earlier one was.

Love Fiesta!

As always the colors are beautiful and vibrant. I love having all the bright happy colors in my kitchen. The raised edges on the bistro plates is a plus and make dining easier.

Love my Fiesta dinnerware!

Broke a pink plate, so I always buy them at Macy's. They let you order them from the store, so they can be shipped directly to your home with no charge. They have such nice people, always ready to help!
