Website description is incorrect

The plates are beautiful! Exactly what I wanted but the listing online is incorrect. I ordered 3 sets of 6 plates expecting 18 plates to only get 3 sets of 4 plates. I called Macys.com and they happily issued a replacement for 6 more plates. But again only a box of 4 plates showed up. I had to call again for the missing 2 plates. Very frustrating and a lot of time spent on the phone when the listing clearly states it is a 6 piece set.
