Beautiful color and comfortable fit

Beautiful pair of booties, the color is a gorgeous cognac brown. The fit is perfect; they slide right on. I am 5'8 and wear a size 10M. I am ready to wear them tomorrow, can't wait.

Damaged leather

I gave these boots in black and wanted brown. The fit and look the same but returned because the left boot leather was all wrinkled and the color was lighter than the right. Just check them before purchase if buy in store. Unfortunately I bought online so had to return after waiting a week to get them.

Wrong shoes sent

LOVE Franco Sarto shoes however, the box said Franco Sarto but the boots inside were White Mountain so I'm returning them. Not very happy as I planned on taking them on vacation on Monday.

Good quality but poor sizing

Fit was bad, not suit me, size 8 was smaller than expected, also shoe shape didn't like, but material was good quality. I would like to have a store where I can try out wonderful FS shoes. I sadly returned shoes.
