Poor quality afterall

I loved this sweater and really wore it quite a bit when I first got it. For reference it is oversized and I sized down and it fit well (for that style). The heavy fabric hung well. But the fabric is where it lost all the stars for me... it started pilling. It's started under the arms and on the sides of the body. So then I used a cashmere sweater comb to remove the pills. It seemed like it worked. Then I'd wear it and after even less time (like hours) it would look even worse than before. I'd defuzz it again and then within an hour it looked downright terrible and unwearable. It's become so ridiculous that I have the sweater in the donation pile. I'm not even sure someone would want it with how bad it looks. You get what you pay for!!!

Disappointed

I really loved this sweater when I first bought it. I worked it quite a bit. Maybe just a tad too much. It started to pill under the arms and on the sides of the bodice. After using a sweater comb, one designed for cashmere, this sweater is impossible to wear. It will defuse and clean up nicely but once worn again the pilling and fuzzing only happens worse and worse!! In five minutes it looks like it's old and cheap wool. I don't think it will get back to its former state. Such a shame bc otherwise I really liked it. My first French connection purchase and also my last!

Not for me

Just way too big . It is a drop shoulder cardi but it is jus big everywhere . I am 5'7 138 lbs 34 DD and ordered a small ( pretty normal for me ) absolutely swimming in it . Not flattering
