Narrow feet only
A few years ago I bought the Brett low top sneaker and it fits great. I wanted to get an updated nicer looking version so I tried these out. Unfortunately they are very narrow across the toes and are not close to fitting, even with very thin socks. The style is great and they seem well made but they don’t fit my feet

Previous shoes were better
I'm replacing a pair of 6-yr-old Low Lace Walkers. The quality of leather lining was better, the eyelets had grommets, the fit and comfort were better. And they were made in the USA, so presumably more expensive to produce. I'll wear these Astors, but they surely don't have the feel of other Frye products that I've owned (still have a pair of boots that are probably 40 years old).

I'm on my second pair!
I'm on my second pair! These are an awesome shoe! I do have to admit, sometimes the leather is different. Two years ago I purchased these when Frye was in NY. This time I purchased recently, since they now operate out of Canada. The leather is awesome on each pair but different. This most recent pair came so soft with leather from a different cut with all the wrinkles and grain ECT. . they look expensive lol. Definitely sad to see them out of stock and maybe gone for good?
