Loved Gift

Bought this as a gift for my gamer partner. He says these are incredibly comfy and the sound quality is great. His only critique is that the cord comes out the left side rather than the right. Otherwise 5 stars!

They Alright, not worth the price

Headset is comfortable, Sound Quality is non existent, Feels underwater with no Bass, even using the tuner in Ghub. For a wired headset, quality should be better

Wonderful sound, both when loud and soft. Needs to be carefully adjusted on the ears so as not to be too tight.

Easy to use, disappointing performance

Unfortunate performance. States 7.1 but sounds like a 3.1, even using the g hub software to test and adjust. Generally mushy sound, even using the g hub equalizer to nearly defeat the lower frequencies while maxing out the higher ones just to get some clarity of sound. From time to time, during gameplay the higher frequencies will vanish entirely, feeling just like your ears closed up during a sudden altitude descent. Disconnecting, restarting, software have no effect. Complete computer restart sometimes restores the sound. Love Logitech products, and I just wish I had sprung for their higher priced / higher performing earphones

Scam don't buy

Never received the item, now waiting for the refund that doesn't seem to be processed yet. Good thing I paid with PayPal and I'll receive all my money back

Do not purchase. Seller cancels order.

Purchased this headphone on Jan 24th, 2025. Seller is "Offer Express", a third-party seller on Macy's marketplace. Seller immediately created a shipping label on Jan 25th,2025. However, they did not ship the item. Upon inquiring about the shipping status on Jan 31st, the seller sent a message stating they canceled the order. I would not recommend purchasing from "Offer Express" through Macy's marketplace.
