Not Velvet / poor quality

Ordered this bed based on the velvet material, what I received was not velvet at all. Poor quality, false description. Had a remodeling project on my home when I opened the box was pass the return policy of 30 days and was not able to exchange it or return it. What a waste ! Bad customer service

Terrible product. I dont think this bed could hold an infant let alone an adult.
