BAG NEVER GOT DELIVERED

On February 9 I purchased this bag and it never got delivered. I called Macy’s customer service and they told me I would get it by march 13, 2026 but that never happened and the tracking was changed to delivered even though it wasn’t. This is a review on Macy’s customer support and not on the bag itself.

Perfect size!

This cross body bag is exactly what I was looking for. It's large enough to hold my wallet, phone, sunglasses and reading glasses, as well as keys and lipstick. The leather is soft and supple, and looks very high end. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an alternative to a full size purse.

Giana Bernini crossbody bag

I ordered the black crossbody and the beige only received the black waiting on the beige still. I love it perfect size I hope the other one comes soon I wish I got them both together.

Too small for people who have a lot of stuff
