Macys is going downhill

I ordered 2 of these online - pickup in store but Macy's canceled it because I didn't pick them up in time. Macy's started on my account Refund Issued but I never received any kind of refund. I waited for more than a month to see if maybe they would send a Macy's gift card in the mail but nothing ever showed up so I decided to call them. I waited for more than half an hour on the phone before someone answered. I explained the situation so many times before she understood what I was talking about. So she said she will give me a Macy's reward credit back into my Macy's account so I can use it for future purchases but again. I receive NOTHING. Macy's scamming customers and customer service support are horrible. They hired some third parties to handle their business that they don't understand anything about.
