Incredible pans!

We are happy owners of a Green Pan waffle iron, so I wanted to try out a new set of pans after years of lugging a heavy cast iron around the kitchen. These Green Pans are truly non stick! And I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly and evenly the heat distributes throughout the whole surface. Plus, you don't need high heat to get a good sear—just a touch of oil, low to medium heat and these pans work like magic. The non stick works so well, to clean them all you need is soft cloth with warm water with a few small drops of dish soap and that's plenty. Highly recommend, especially if you cook on the regular like we do.
