Great Quality Griddle!

I'm excited about this griddle. It takes the place of my old, scratched teflon that outlived its time. The amazing bonus about Green Pan cookware is its easy cleanup. What a timesaver!

Will get lots of use!!

Great size and quality. I especially like that there is no drip area and the pan is totally flat to the corners. I also like the higher sides. The pan seems to heat evenly and cleans up so easily!

Ok

The pans are not as big as I had hoped for and the lid doesn't fit the pot. I am worried that water will get through the rivets and into the handle. My other Greenspan pots don't have the rivets and I prefer these to this set of pans.

Eight Over-Easy Eggs, Zero Sticking 🍳

This double griddle is fantastic. I’ve cooked with Caraway before, and while the ceramic coating was supposed to be nonstick, it never held up when I put it to the real test: eight over-easy eggs at once.
